The conditional logic in our forms is a great tool for adding more depth and making your form more dynamic.
Conditional logic is a way to use rules right in the form, so it only asks for data that you need. For example, if someone checks off they are a homeowner, they’ll be asked for their address, but if they checked off that they’re renting, then they won’t be asked for their address. The more types of conditional logic you create, the better your forms will work for your respondents.

Oh wait, before you go, we want to show some examples of how our users use conditional logic for forms used for their businesses and organizations.
The first example is a preschool registration form that asks parent a series of questions about the child’s immunization. The parent answers a different set of the questions depending on the answer to whether or not the child has completed the vaccination.
In the second example, a buyer only needs to provide the relevant information of the type of the uniform the buyer purchases.
In the last example of summer camp feedback form, a different follow-up question is asked for different rating that the parent chooses.
