Notice-and-Takedown Policy for Copyright and Trademark Infringement

This Notice-and-Takedown Policy for Copyright and Trademark Infringement applies to services provided by Borneosoft Pty. Ltd. (referred to herein as 'Borneosoft' or 'we'), including the Zapof forms and site builder applications ('Zapof Services').

Borneosoft respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with our Terms of Service, we have a policy of immediately removing any Content that is found to infringe upon the copyright or trademark rights of a third party, and of terminating the account of the user who posted it.

1. Infringement Notification Process

If you are a copyright or trademark owner and you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a user on the Borneosoft Services, you must submit a written notification of the alleged infringement to us at support@zapof.com. Your notification must include the following information:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or trademark.
• A clear identification of the copyrighted work or trademark that has been infringed.
• A clear identification of the material on the Borneosoft Services that you claim is infringing, including its URL or other unique identifier.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed.
  

Borneosoft's Response to Notification

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, Borneosoft will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include the immediate removal or disabling of access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material of the claim and of our actions.

Consequences of Infringement

Borneosoft reserves the right to immediately and without notice suspend or terminate the account of any user whose Content is found to be infringing upon the intellectual property rights of a third party, even on the first offense.
