How to submit forms shared privately with me

If someone shares form privately with me, I can expect to receive an invitation email from the person. For example, my teacher might share the assignment form privately with me so I can submit and access the submission securely. Or, my supplier shares a custom order form with me.

To submit a private form, I need a Zapof Forms account. Signing up an account is free.

Accepting invitation to submit forms privately.

To accept the invitation:

1. Open the invitation email. Please check your inbox and the spam folder.
2. Click the invitation link.
3. The link redirects to Zapof Forms sign up page. Create an account if you don't have one.
4. If you already have an account, click the sign in link.
5. Sign in using your email and password. Alternatively, sign in using your Google account.
6. Click the Shared with me button on the left toolbar to view the forms shared privately with me.

Submitting private forms.

To submit a form shared privately with me:

1. Click the Shared with me button on the left toolbar.
2. Click the Open button on the form card. It opens the form on another browser tab.
3. Fill in the form and submit as usual.

To view privately submitted dorms:

1. Click the Shared with me button on the left toolbar.
2. Click the View my submitted forms button on the form card.
3. Click the Open button on the submitted form card.
