How to Configure the Order ID of a Payment Form or Submission ID of a Non-Payment Form

Zapof Form Builder provides two types of ID generator for online payment form or normal submission:

• Random alphanumeric text.
• Unique serial number.

To configure the order ID generator:

1. While you are editing the form, click the 'Payment' button on the left toolbar.
2. Click the 'Order or Submission ID format' to expand the tab.
3. Enter the 'Prefix' such as 'ORDER-'. You can also leave it empty if you don't need a prefix for the order ID.
4. If you want the generated order ID to use a serial number, enable the 'Use serial number' checkbox.
5. Enter the length of the random alphanumeric text or the serial number.
6. Click the 'Apply' button at the left corner of the top toolbar to apply the payment settings.

Example:

• ORDER-QVR7W, ORDER-ENYRN, ... Prefix is ORDER- and using random ID with the length of 5.
• ORDER-001, ORDER-002, ... Prefix is ORDER- and using serial number with the length of 3.
