How to share forms privately

We usually publish forms to public and put the link on our social media sites or send the link through email to our contacts. In other cases, we also need to share forms with only certain people, such as custom order form to specific client or exam paper with our students. Zapof Forms make it easy to share forms privately.

Inviting clients.

To share form privately, we need to invite people we want to share our forms:

1. Click the Clients button on the left toolbar. If this is the first time you make an invitation, the client folder is empty.
2. Click the Invite link.
3. Customize the subject, greeting, sign off and the message if it is necessary. Leave them blank to use the default values.
4. Complete the sender profile if needed.
5. Click the Names and emails tab.
6. Click the Add button to add name and email one at a time.
7. Alternatively, click the Upload CSV button to upload a csv file that contains names and emails.
8. If the first row of the csv file contains the column labels, enable the First row contains column labels option.
9. Map the csv file's columns to the first name, last name and email fields.
10. Click the Add button to import the values.
11. Click the Send Invitation button to send the invitation email.

Sharing a form privately.

To share form privately:

1. Click the Forms button on the left toolbar.
2. Click the Edit button on the form card.
3. Click the Share button.
4. Enable the Share privately option.
5. Click the Choose button.
6. Click the Choose button on the client card.
7. Alternatively, to choose multiple clients, click the content of each client card. And click the Choose button on the top toolbar.

To share form privately to all clients, including future clients:

1. Click the Forms button on the left toolbar.
2. Click the Edit button on the form card.
3. Click the Share button.
4. Enable the Share privately option, choosing no client.
