Section 4: Court Rotation & Fair Play Rules

Keep these rules visible at the scorer's table so there are no arguments about who plays next.

  • The "Winner Stays" Rule (Up to 2 Games Max): To keep things fair for larger groups, a winning duo can stay on the court for a maximum of two consecutive games. After their second win, they must rotate off to the paddle lineup line to let four fresh players on.
  • The Paddle Lineup System: If players are waiting, place your paddles in a row on the bench from left to right. The next 2 or 4 players in line are automatically up next.
  • Warm-Up Limit: Limit pre-game warm-ups to 3 minutes max if other players are waiting to use the court.
  • The "Paddle Tap" Tradition: Always end every match with a friendly paddle tap at the kitchen line and a "good game!"
